The ๐ด๓ ณ๓ ณ๓ ฎ๓ ต๓ ฟ or "Flag for Upper Nile (SS-NU)" emote is a representation of the flag used by the Upper Nile state in South Sudan. It features three horizontal stripes of black, white, and red, with a yellow star in the center. The flag was adopted in 2015 after the division of South Sudan into 28 states.
