The 🏴󠁮󠁥󠀵󠁿 emote or "Flag for Tahoua (NE-5)" emote is a flag symbol that represents the region of Tahoua in Niger. The flag features three horizontal stripes of equal size, with the top and bottom stripes being orange and the middle stripe being white. In the center of the white stripe is a black circle with a smaller orange circle inside it. The flag was adopted in 1998 and represents the unity, peace, and hope of the people of Tahoua.
