The "🏴" emote, also known as the "Flag for Paktia (AF-PIA)" emote, represents the province of Paktia in Afghanistan. The flag features three equal horizontal stripes of black, red, and green, with a white emblem in the center consisting of a mosque with pulpit and flags on either side, below which are numerals for the solar year 1298 (1919 in the Gregorian calendar, which is when Afghanistan gained independence from Britain).
