The ๐ด๓ ฒ๓ ต๓ ฎ๓ ฉ๓ บ๓ ฟ or "Flag for Nizhny Novgorod (RU-NIZ)" emote is a representation of the flag of the Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, a federal subject of Russia. The flag consists of a blue field with a white circle in the center, which contains a red stylized letter "ะ" (the first letter of the oblast's name in Russian). Above the letter is a gold crown, and below it are two crossed silver anchors. The flag was adopted on December 22, 2005.
