The 🏴󠁣󠁯󠁮󠁡󠁲󠁿 emote or "Flag for Nariño (CO-NAR)" emote represents the flag of the Nariño department in Colombia. The flag consists of three horizontal stripes of equal size, with the top and bottom stripes being blue and the middle stripe being white. In the center of the flag is a yellow sun with a face, surrounded by 16 rays. The sun represents the indigenous culture of the region and the rays represent the 15 provinces that make up the department.
