The ๐ด๓ ณ๓ น๓ จ๓ ฉ๓ ฟ emote or "Flag for Homs (SY-HI)" emote represents the flag of the Homs Governorate in Syria. It features three horizontal stripes of black, white, and green with two red triangles pointing towards each other at the hoist side. The emote was added to Unicode in 2019 as part of Emoji 12.0.
