The 🏴 emote or "Flag for Ennedi-Ouest (TD-EO)" emote is a symbol of the Ennedi-Ouest region in Chad. It features a horizontal tricolor design with black on top, yellow in the middle, and red on the bottom. The flag was adopted in 2019 after the region was created as part of a decentralization effort by the Chadian government.
