The "๐ด๓ ฃ๓ ค๓ ข๓ ฃ๓ ฟ" emote, also known as the "Flag for Bas-Congo (CD-BC)" emote, represents the former province of Bas-Congo in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The flag features a blue background with a yellow diagonal stripe and a red star in the upper left corner. It was officially adopted in 2006 and remained in use until 2015 when the province was renamed Kongo Central and a new flag was adopted.
